HALLE-NEUSTADT is an example for modern town-planing and a typical <plate-building settlement> with approximately 86 000 inhabitants. the city had no street names. the houses had numbers. i lived in block 953 slash 15 from 1982 -1988. the house has been bombed away some time after 2004.
